Attorney David Ross of Waunakee, WI; deadbeat loser

The state of Wyoming provided David Patrick Moss with a law license in 2014 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Law.

In one matter, the Wyoming State Bar found Davey guilty of failing to comply with Article I, Sec. 5(b) of the Bylaws of the Wyoming State Bar by not paying his annual license fee of $350.00.

It’s hard to imagine that any lawyer couldn’t come up with a measly $350.00 in order to keep his license active.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Wyoming Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a short-term suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2019), Davey practices with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency at 1513 Fairfax Mews in Waunakee, Wisconsin.
