Attorney Robert Pascoe of Ft. Collins, CO; deadbeat loser

The state of Wyoming provided Robert Dennis Pascoe with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the University of Wyoming School of Law. Bobby also received a law license from Colorado in 2010.

In one matter, the Wyoming State Bar found Bobby guilty of failing to comply with Article I, Sec. 5(b) of the Bylaws of the Wyoming State Bar by not paying his annual license fee of $350.00.

It’s hard to imagine that any lawyer couldn’t come up with a measly $350.00 in order to keep his license active.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Wyoming Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a short-term suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2019), Bobby practices with Smith Abbot LLP at 2412 Dalton Drive in Fort Collins, Colorado.
