Solicitor Au Chun Wai of Hong Kong; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of Hong Kong presented Au Chun Wai with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from the University of Hong Kong School of Law.

The Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Au Chun Wai guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to honor the undertaking to deliver two title documents to the purchaser’s solicitors within the specified time limit imposed on him

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Au Chun Wai by gifting him with a complimentary censure and a fine of HK$10,000.00 ($1,277.00 US).

As we speak (ca. October 2019), Au Chun Wai practices with Au Thong & Tsang at 141 Des Voeux Road Central in Hong Kong.
