Attorney Mary Tatham of Apache Junction, AZ; convicted druggie

The state of Michigan presented Mary J. Tatham with a law license in 1999 after she graduated from Wayne State University School of Law.  She also received a license from Arizona in 2011.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #1 found Mary guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Convicted by guilty plea of possession of drug paraphernalia, a class six felony

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Mary by gifting her with a complimentary 179-day suspension of her law license.

Additionally, Mary was assessed costs of $903.59.

As we speak (ca. October 2019), Mary practices at 308 South Phelps Drive in Apache Junction, Arizona.
