Today’s “Certified Nutcase” Award Winner
Harold Simmons is an 80-year-old billionaire from Texas who has spent a great deal of his money and effort at going after anyone who could even be considered a liberal and/or Democrat.
During the 2004 re-election of Bush, Harry contributed $4 million to a group of screwballs, liars and fabricators called the Swift Vets and POW’s for Truth. Harry is a firm believer in telling any untruth regardless of how outrageous to support his right wing ideology.
In an effort to forever cement his status as a right-wing nutcase, Harry recently gave an interview with the Wall Street Journal. In that interview, Screwy Harry said,
“Any of these Republicans would make a better president that that socialist, Obama.”
“Obama is the most dangerous American alive…because he would eliminate free enterprise in this country.”
Ya gotta be delusional to believe that Gingrich or Santorum would make good presidents. In addition to being a founding member of the Assn of Certified Nutcases, Harry is also an aspiring standup comedian.
It appears that the main reason that Harry despises Obama is because he doesn’t support the total elimination of capitol gain taxes. As a Super Patriot, Harry believes it is necessary to totally avoid paying any taxes. That’s why Harry is a founding member of the “Leona Helmsley Tax Avoidance Foundation.”
Congrats Harry; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as a Certified Nutcase; you are far too humble.
