Attorney Ralph Schindler Jr. of Chicago; ethical goblin

The state of Illinois presented Ralph Joseph Schindler Jr. with a law license in 2013 after he graduated from the John Marshall School of Law.

FYI: John Marshall is ranked as the 166th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The Disciplinary Commission found Ralphie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest when he arranged for a company, he partly owned to issue a $45,000 loan to a client
• Personally, assumed all rights and interests in $45,000 loan to client
• Collected payments from the client w/o making required conflict disclosures

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Ralphie by gifting him with a complimentary censure. 

As we speak (ca. October 2019), Ralphie practices with the Law Offices of Ralph Schindler at 53 West Jackson Blvd in Chicago, Illinois.
