Solicitor Graeme Murray of Scotland; ethical goblin

The Law Society presented Graeme Bruce Murray with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Glasgow School of Law.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Graeme guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to maintain proper accounting records
  • Failed to provide accurate and truthful in respect to contribution to various entities
  • Failed or unduly delayed rectifying breaches of Rule B6 which had been identified by the Financial Compliance Department
  • Guilty of professional misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Graeme by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2019), Graeme practices with Hingston’s Law Limited at 10-12 Chapel Street in Aberdeen, Scotland.
