Solicitor Raymond Mallon of Scotland; serial offender

The Law Society presented Raymond George Mallon with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Glasgow School of Law.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Ray guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to promptly pay over funds owing to client and/or third parties
  • Guilty of professional misconduct

As one would suspect, this isn’t Ray’s First bite at the Solicitor Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously disciplined on two (2) occasions for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2019), Ray practices at 2 Anchor Villas, Main Road in Langbank, Port Glasgow, Scotland.
