Solicitor Jacqueline Johnson of Scotland; ethical goblin

The Law Society presented Jacqueline Marie Johnston with a law license in 1980 after she graduated from the University of Glasgow School of Law.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Jackie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in an ongoing course of misconduct
  • Misconduct caused a risk to the public

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Jackie by gifting her with a complimentary censure and a L5,000 fine ($2,432 US).

As we speak (ca. October 2019), Jackie practices at 18 Grampian Court, Beveridge Square in Livingston, Scotland.
