Former Judge Jim Wallace of Georgetown, TX; idiotic loser

The state of Texas provided L. Jim Wallace with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Houston School of Law.

The Texas Commission on Judicial Conduct found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to comply with the law re: bail bond practices
  • Failed to maintain competence in the law (idiot)
  • Violated hearing officers’ authority under Texas law
  • Instructions on bail bond counted as willful and persistent conduct, which wasn’t consistent with Jimmy’s duties as a judge
  • Conduct cast public discredit on the judiciary
  • Failed to give defendants time to consult with lawyers regarding bail
  • Failed to grant bail within 24 hours of arrest, when allowed by law

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary public reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2019), Mikey practices as a Williamson County are mediator at 213A West 8th Street in Georgetown, Texas.
