Justice S. E. Aladetoyinbo of Nigeria; ethical gremlin

The National Judicial Council (NJC) found Justice Aladetoyinbo guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in improper conduct regarding handling of a legal matter
• Engaged in impropriety in a case between U.L.O. Consultants Ltd v BIL Construction Nigeria Ltd.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Council punished Justice Aladetoyinbo by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2018), Justice Aladetoyinbo continues to sit as a justice of the FCT Hight Court in Abuja, Nigeria.
