• Failed to disqualify himself when disqualification mandatory
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to comply with the law
• Exhibited incompetence in the law (idiot)
• Willful, persistent, and unjustifiable failure to timely execute the business of the court

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Judge Turocotteo by gifting him with a complimentary public warning.
