Judge Susan Brown of Houston, TX; idiotic loser

The state of Texas provided Susan Brown with a law license in 1985 after she graduated from South Texas University School of Law.

It should be noted that South Texas is ranked as the 165^th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

FYI: Suzie has had her significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past thirty-two (32) years. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Houston area was about to offer Suzie a good paying job.

The Texas Commission on Judicial Conduct found Suzie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with the law re: bail bond practices
• Failed to maintain competence in the law (idiot)
• Violated hearing officers’ authority under Texas law
• Instructions on bail bond counted as willful and persistent conduct, which wasn’t consistent with Suzie’s duties as a judge
• Conduct cast public discredit on the judiciary
• Failed to give defendants time to consult with lawyers regarding bail
• Failed to grant bail within 24 hours of arrest, when allowed by law

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Suzie by gifting her with a complimentary public reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2019), Suzie is the presiding judge of the 11th Administrative Judicial Region in Houston, Texas.
