Attorney Ann Bowe of Milwaukee; repeater, liar

 
The state of Wisconsin presented Ann Bowe with a law license in 1980 after she graduated from Marquette University.
 
The Wisconsin Office of Lawyer Regulation found Bowe guilty of the following misconduct:
  • Knowingly disobeyed an obligation under the rules of a tribunal
  • Failed to act with diligence and promptness in representing a client
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonest, fraud, deceit and/or misrepresentation
  • Unlawfully engaged in ex parte communications
  • Made false statements that she served a copy of a judgment on all necessary parties (perjury)
In 1993 Ann was privately reprimanded for misconduct.
 
As a consequence of being found guilty of misconduct for a second time, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Ann by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. March 2012) Ann Bowe practices her brand of law with the Bowe Law Offices at 2929 W. Highland Blvd. in Milwaukee.
