► U.S. Circuit Judge John Bush of Cincinnati; bigoted loser

The state of Ohio provided John Kenneth Bush with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Harvard University School of Law.

President Donald “Trumporleone” Trump was instructed to nominate Johnny for a seat on the 6^th Circuit Court of Appeals even though he had no prior judicial experience of any kind. Johnny wasn’t nominated because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater Cincinnati area. He got it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

In the past, Johnny compared abortion to slavery and called them “the two greatest tragedies in our country.” He has also said he strongly disagrees with same-sex marriage, mocked climate change, called for gagging House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and proclaimed “the witch is dead” when he thought the Affordable Care Act might not be enacted.

Despite Johnny’s obvious biases, bigotry and lunacy in comparing slavery to abortion, every Senate Republican present voted to confirm him. Since Johnny is only 55-years old (DOB: 1964) he could well be on the bench as an unqualified bigot advocating for thirty-five or more years. Apparently, Republican senators do not have any constituents that believe in or support any of the following. 

• A woman’s right to choose
• Climate change
• Same-sex marriage
• Applauding the death of the Affordable Care Act
• Muzzling Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi

Johnny’s stated positions as set forth above means that the following Republican Senators are in total agreement with him as to his bigoted views.

• Sen. Cory Gardner of Colorado
• John Cornyn of Texas
• Susan Collins of Maine

And lastly, it should be noted that Johnny’s nomination came about due to Judge Danny Boggs assuming “senior status” in February 2017. Senior status means that Danny is only required to work 10-hours-a-week while continuing to collect a full salary of $223,700.00.

Also, it should be noted that Danny was appointed by Ronald Regan in 1986 at 42-years of age. Therefore, he waited to take on senior status in 2017 in order that his replacement would be appointed by another Republican president, meaning he was and has always been a reliable Republican lackey.

As we speak (ca. September 2019), Johnny the Bigot continues to sit as a judge on the 6^th Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, Ohio.
