Judge Daryl Peters of Killeen, TX; humanitarian award winner

It should be noted that the Bell County Commissioners were duped into appointing Daryl to replace former Justice of the Peace

Peace Claudia Brown whom a jury found unfit to hold office on Feb. 13 after a Killeen attorney filed a petition to have her removed from the bench for setting a $4 billion bond for a murder suspect.

It cannot be disputed that Daryl was not the most qualified person to be appointed to the bench in Killeen even though he’s not an attorney. He apparently received the appointment because he had proven to be a reliable lackey by the local political hacks

In one matter, Daryl the Humanitarian refused to reschedule a hearing when attorney Doug Froneberger advised him that is wife was hospitalized and suffering from terminal cancer. In fact, Daryl demanded that Mr. Froneberger appear before him.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Daryl by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. September 2019), Daryl continues to sit as Bell County Justice of the Peace Pct. 4, Place 1 in Killeen, Texas.
