Attorney Leo Ahern of New Haven, CT; ethical dwarf

The state of Connecticut provided Leo E. Ahern with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Wayne State University School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Leo guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to notify client of intent to withdraw re: probate appeal
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to communicate with client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Leo by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
