Attorney Donald W. Winters of Provo, UT; repeater, idiotic loser

 

Recently the Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Donald Winters guilty of a variety of misconduct for the second time. The misconduct charges included the following:

  • Failure to represent client diligently (moronic loser)
  • Failing to respond to clients repeated phone calls
  • Failed to provide client an accounting of how his fees were allocated
  • Failed to account for unearned fees
  • Failed to timely respond to notice of complaint
The Bar then went on to list aggravating factors: Donnie’s prior record of discipline; his prior pattern of misconduct; and obstruction of the disciplinary process.
 
As a consequence of his second bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
Donnie’s non-punishment is further proof that Attorney Misfits in Utah are held to a lower standard of conduct then everyone else.
 
As we speak (ca. March 2012), Donald continues to practice his so-called brand of law at 375 East 790 South in Pleasant Grove, which is a suburb of Provo.
