Attorney Louis Rubano of Wallingford, CT; lying loser

The state of Rhode Island provided Louis Rubano with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Tulane University School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Louie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to act truthfully in statements to others

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Louie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
