► U.S. Circuit Judge Leonard Grasz of Omaha, NE; bigoted loser

The state of Nebraska provided Leonard Steven Grasz with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Nebraska School of Law.

President Donald “Trumporleone” Trump was instructed to nominate Lenny for a seat on the 8^th Circuit Court of Appeals despite the fact that he had no prior judicial experience of any kind. Lenny wasn’t nominated because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater Omaha area. He got it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

Lenny is such a loser that the American Bar Association (ABA) provided him with a unanimous “not qualified” rating. The ABA has been evaluating federal judicial nominees since 1989 and rarely gives such an abysmal rating.

Former colleagues and associates of Lenny’s describe him as “gratuitously rude” and expressed an “unusual fear” of consequences if they said anything bad about him because of his “deep connection” to powerful politicians. (Jennifer Bendery)

Furthermore, ABA members raised concerns that Lenny is “unable to separate his role as an advocate from that of a judge,” given his record of opposing LGBTQ and abortion rights.

Even though Lenny is a total loser according to the ABA, every Republican Senator voted to confirm him for a lifetime seat on the 8^th Circuit Court of Appeals. Since Lenny is only 58-years old (DOB: 1961) he could well be on the bench advocating to discriminate against LGBTQ folks for forty or more years.

And lastly, it should be noted that Lenny’s nomination came about due to Judge William Jay Riley assuming “senior status” in June 2017. Senior status means that Riley is only required to work 10-hours-a-week while continuing to collect a full salary of $223,700.00.

Also, it should be noted that Lenny was appointed by George W. Bush in 2001 at 54-years of age. Therefore, he waited to take on senior status in 2017 in order that his replacement would be appointed by another Republican president, meaning he was and has always been a reliable Republican lackey.
