Solicitor Sheena Taylor of United Kingdom; ethical gremlin  

The Law Society presented Sheen Taylor with a law license in 1998.

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found Sheena guilty of the following misconduct.

• As a result of her misconduct 882 people had lost a total of £53m (US $64.4 million)
• She was reckless in advising investor clients
• She had been manifestly incompetent (idiot)
• Acted or assisted a Solicitor to act for investor clients in respect of the schemes in conflict of interest situations
• Failed to protect investor clients’ money
• Failed to advise investor clients or cause them to be advised adequately or at all
• Facilitated property development schemes all or any of which were dubious investment schemes or bore hallmarks of fraudulent financial arrangements

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Tribunal punished Sheena by gifting her with a complimentary £7,500 (US $9,113.00) and assessed costs of £23,500 (US $28,549.00).
