Solicitor Jill Benbow of United Kingdom; repeat drunken convict

The Law Society presented Jill Elizabeth Benbow with a law license in 1991.

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found Jill guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI)
  • Second DUI offense for Jill
  • Failed to learn from her prior DUI conviction

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Tribunal punished Jill by gifting her with a complimentary fine of £8,000 (US $9,712.00) and assessed costs of £1,632 (US $1,981.00)

As we speak (ca. September 2019), Jill practices with Richard Nelson LLP at 1 Derby Road, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England.
