Solicitor Mohammed Dar of United Kingdom; ethical troll

The Law Society presented Mohammad Zahid Dar with a law license in 1990.

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found Mohammad guilty of the following misconduct

  • Facilitated dubious transaction concerning Property One
  • Acted in a reckless manner
  • Failed to adhere to the anti-money laundering policy of Dar & Co Solicitors Limited, when undertaking the transfer of Property One

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Tribunal punished Mohammad by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license, a fine of £20,000 (US $24,285.00) and assessed costs of £23,228 (US $28,205.00)

As we speak (ca. September 2019), Mohammad practices with Dar & Co. Solicitors Limited at 171 Wilmslow Road, Rusholme, Manchester, Lancashire, England.
