Judge Wayne Christian of San Antonio, TX; Judge Roy Bean Wannabee

The state of Texas provided Wayne Christian with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law.

FYI: St. Mary’s is ranked as the 167^th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

It should be noted that Wayne has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past forty (40) years. Seemingly, no self-respecting law firm in the greater San Antonio area.

Jonathan has found it acceptable to engage in the following misconduct.

• Current/former prosecutors aired concerns about Wayne’s iron fist in leading all Texas county court judge in unilaterally granting motions to revoke probations
• Routinely revokes probations even when prosecutors disagree
• Consistently fails to follow agreements between prosecutors and defense attorneys
• Court of Appeals reversed Wayne’s probation revocation when litigant was two weeks shy of completing period of probation and sentencing her to a year in jail
• Appellate court stated Wayne “abused his discretion both by failing to permit the State to satisfy its burden and by refusing to afford Jacobs the minimum requirement of due process”

All that remains now is to see if the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission and/or the Texas Supreme Court impose any sanctions on Wayne for his egregious misconduct.

As we speak (ca. September 2019), Wayne continues to sit as a Bexar County Court at Law judge in San Antonio, Texas.
