Judge Yvonne Guaderrama of El Paso, TX; serial deadbeat

The state of Texas provided Yvonne “Bonnie Rangel” Guaderrama with a law license in 1979 after she graduated from Notre Dame University School of Law.

The State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Yvonne guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed on seven (7) separate years to timely pay annual attorney registration fees of $230
  • Failure to pay attorney registration fees led to suspensions of her law license totaling over 10 months
  • While her license was suspended, she repeatedly and knowingly engaged in the illegal practice of law

As a direct consequence of her misconduct the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Yvonne by gifting her with a complimentary public warning

And lastly, it seems as though Johnny holds the legal opinion that “due” process is the means by which the grass becomes moist in the a.m.

As we speak (ca. September 2019), Yvonne continues to sit as a 171st El Paso County District Court in  , Texas.
