Attorney Todd Strang of Alberta, CAN; ethical leprechaun

The Law Society of Alberta presented Todd P. Strang with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of New Brunswick School of Law.

The Alberta Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Todd guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to document the disclosure and consent of his clients regarding his firm’s representation of their tenant and his company

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Todd by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand assessed costs of $1,000.00.

As one would suspect, Todd fails to mention the alleged misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.kmsc.ca. Apparently, Todd and his firm decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for fear it would limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. July 2020), Todd practices with KMSC Law LLP at 10514 67th Avenue in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada.
