Attorney Mark Dupres of Alberta, CAN; ethical gremlin

The Law Society of Alberta presented Mark Dupres with a law license in 2014 after he graduated from the University of Alberta School of Law.

The Alberta Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Mark guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain a professional relationship with his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand assessed costs of $6,500.00.

As one would suspect, Mark fails to mention the alleged misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.longfamilylaw.ca. Apparenlty, Mark and his firm decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for fear it would limit his future victim pool.
