Attorney Shirley McNeilly of Alberta, CAN; lying loser

The Law Society of Alberta presented Shirley Ann McNeilly (SAM) with a law license in 1980 after she graduated from the University of Alberta School of Law.

The Alberta Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Shirley guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly and/or effectively serve her client
• Failed to respond to client communications

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Shirley by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and assessed costs of $2,000.00.

As one would suspect, Shirley fails to mention the alleged misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.emeryjamieson.com. Apparenlty, Shirley and her firm decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for fear it would limit his future victim pool.
