Attorney Richard Dudelzak of Alberta, CAN; ethical gnome

The Law Society of Alberta presented Richard Dudelzak with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Alberta School of Law.

The Alberta Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Dick guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Careless in his review of a Trust Agreement
• Negligent resulted in material misstatement of trust agreement contents to a judge during a subsequent court proceeding

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed costs of $3,000.00.
