Attorney Brook Mishna of Alberta, CAN; ethical dwarf  

The Law Society of Alberta presented Brook S. Mishna with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of Alberta School of Law.

The Alberta Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Brook guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to serve client in a diligent and/or conscientious manner

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed costs of $446.00.

As one would suspect, Brook fails to mention the alleged misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.freedomlaw.ca. Apparenlty, Brook and his firm decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for fear it would limit his future victim pool.
