Attorney William Bowe of Red Bank, NJ; ethical gnome

The state of New Jersey presented William John Bowe with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the John Marshall School of Law.

FYI: John Marshall is ranked as the 164th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Violated various recordkeeping rules
  • Conduct adversely reflected on fitness to practice law

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As one would suspect, Bobby fails to disclose the misconduct aforementioned on his self-serving website at www.masessa-cluff.com. Apparently, Bobby chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure he wouldn’t limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. August 2019), Billy practice sat 219 Broad Street in Red Bank, New Jersey.
