Attorney Kendal Coleman of Clifton, NJ; ethical troll

The state of New Jersey presented Kendal Coleman with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Kendal guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Negligently misappropriated (stole) client funds
  • Violated several recordkeeping rules
  • Failed to prepare monthly three-way reconciliations of his trust account
  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Kendal!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Kendal by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As one would suspect, Kendal fails to disclose the misconduct aforementioned on his self-serving website at www.kendalcoleman.net. Apparently, Kendal chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure he wouldn’t limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. October 2019), Kendal practices at 340 Clifton Avenue in Clifton, New Jersey.
