Attorney Troy Rasmussen of Rexburg, ID; deadbeat liar

The state of Illinois presented Troy E. Rasmussen with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of Illinois School of Law.

The Disciplinary Commission found Troy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Because he did not have malpractice policy, he did not pay annual license fees
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact to ethics investigator (Screw you, said Troy!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Troy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2019), Troy practices at 27 East Main Street in Rexburg, Idaho.
