Attorney Brian Shaw of Skaneateles, NY; slacker, loser

The state of New York presented Brian F. Shaw with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law.

FYI: Thomas M. Cooley is ranked as the worst or one of the worst law schools in the country. It is in the business of taking in losers that could not get accepted at mainstream law schools like NYU, Syracuse University of Pace University. Evidence of its lousy record is the fact that Donald Trump’s former fixer Michael Cohen is a graduate of Cooley.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Marty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide client with billing statements
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on his fitness as a lawyer
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Standards Committee punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
