Attorney David Schnall of Jamaica, NY; convicted tax cheat

The state of New York presented David Schnall with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from New York University (NYU) School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• For over ten years, failed to file or pay New York State or Federal income taxes
• Pled guilty to failing to pay taxes for years 2007-1010

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Standards Committee punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2019), Davey practices with David Schnall PLLC at 15503 Jamaica Avenue in Jamaica, New York.
