Attorney Nathan Ganapathi of British Columbia, CAN; bullying loser
The Law Society of British Columbia presented Nathan S. Ganapathi with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of British Columbia School of Law.
The British Columbia Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Nate guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was representing clients in a proceeding against the Director of Child, Family and Community Services (the "Director") in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Nate by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $5,500 fine plus $2,500.00 in costs.
As one would suspect, Nate fails to mention the aforementioned misconduct on his self-serving website at www.ganapathico.com. Apparenlty, Nate decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for fear it would limit his future victim pool.
And lastly, because Attorney Misfits in British Columbia are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Nate was never criminally charged with extortion.
As we speak (ca. August 2019), Nate practices with the Ganapathi Law Group at 1155 Robson Street in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
