Attorney John Hittrich of British Columbia, CAN; scamming loser

The Law Society of British Columbia presented John J. Hittrich with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from the University of British Columbia School of Law.

The British Columbia Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Acted improperly in relation to transcripts from proceedings under the Child, Family and Community Service Act
• Obtain court transcript when he nor his clients had obtained a valid court order permitting access to said transcripts
• Aided, counseled or assisted his clients to act contrary to the law by ordering and accessing the court transcripts
• Misled the court about the ability to rely upon transcripts
• Failed to inform court about provisions of the Child, Family and Community Service Act, the related Provincial Court Rules and the notations on the face of the Transcripts in regard to the proper procedure for obtaining access to the Transcripts

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $2,500 fine plus $1,500.00 in costs.

As one would suspect, George fails to mention the aforementioned misconduct on his self-serving website at www.hittrichlawcom. Apparenlty, Johnny decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for fear it would limit his future victim pool.
