Justice David Prosser of Wisconsin; misogynist, lifetime porker  
The state of Wisconsin unfortunately presented David Prosser, Jr. with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin.
From the time Justice Prosser received his law license he has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough. Prosser obviously recognized early on that no self-respecting law firm in the Milwaukee or Madison area was about to offer him a good paying job.
In 1998 then Gov. Tommy Thompson was duped into appointing Prosser as a Justice on the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Prosser wasn’t appointed because he was the most qualified attorney in Wisconsin. He was appointed because he was a reliable lackey for the political hacks in Wisconsin that knew he could be relied on to render unto them favorable rulings. They clearly haven’t been disappointed!
It is obvious that Presser is a Rush Limbaugh Wannabee. About a year ago, Dave called Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson a “total bitch” and told her “I will destroy you.” This is typically what you can expect from “cowardly misogynists.”
In mid-March, 2012, the Wisconsin Judicial Commission filed an ethics complaint against the Justice Presser wherein he was charged with (a) placing his hands on Justice Bradley’s neck (allegedly choker her), (b) telling Chief Justice Abrahamson “you’re a total bitch,” and “I will destroy you,” (c) willful failure to be patient and courteous to others and to cooperate with fellow judges in promoting the fair administration of justice.
Dave the Misogynists Hyperbolic (BS) Response
In a lame attempt at levity, Dave the Misogynist admitted that his hands came in contact with Justice Abrahamson’s neck but that it was her fault. This BS defense is analogous to a wife beater claiming that his wife repeatedly hit his fist with her face.
Dave the Loser also took the familiar tactic of blaming the Judicial Commission for being “patently unfair in its handling of the matter” because it has not been interested in discerning the truth. Yeah, only Dave is telling the truth, right?
Clearly Dave missed his calling as a standup comedian. He’d clearly be a barrel of laughs for any audience at the Comedy Club on State at 202 State Street in Madison.
Hopefully, the Judicial Commission will vote to toss Dave off the bench.
