Attorney Dmitri Chtyrev of Beverly Hills, CA; scamming loser

The State of California presented Dmitri N. Chtyrev with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from an unknown foreign School of Law.

The California State Bar Court found Dmitri guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misconduct evidences multiple acts of wrongdoing
• Instructed employee to sign client’s name to a release pursuant to his special power of attorney without informing Mercury Insurance that the signature was the employee’s and not the client’s
• Failed to timely determine date of client’s death
• Failed to notify Mercury Insurance that client had died before the settlement of his personal injury claim had been consummated
• Engaged in gross negligence

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Dmitri by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2019), Dmitri practices with the Westside Personal Injury Law Center at 8500 Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills, California.
