Attorney Saul Gruber of Mt. Laurel, NJ; slacker

The State of New Jersey presented Saul Gary Gruber with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Elon University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Saul guilty of the following misconduct.

Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation

• Engaged in gross neglect
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in a pattern of neglect
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Filed false statement of material fact to a third person)
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Saul!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Saul by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2019) Saul practices with The Gruber Firm LLC at 100 Century Parkway in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.
