Attorney Thomas Whigham Jr. of Tampa, FL; drunken druggie

The state of Florida provided Thomas Edmondson Whigham Jr. with a law license in 2013 after he graduated from Stetson University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Tommy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Arrested and charged with driving under the influence with property damage or personal injury and possession of heroin
• Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI)
• Possession of heroin charge dismissed upon completion of pre-trial diversion drug court program

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2020), Tommy practices with Whighamlaw PA at 4310 West Spruce Street in Tampa, Florida.
