Attorney Jonathan O’Connor of Richmond, VA; ethical troll

The state of Virginia provided Jonathan Michael O’Connor with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Johnny!)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Johnny practices with The O’Connor Law Firm PC at 1518 Willow Lawn Drive in Richmond, Virginia.
