Attorney David Parks Sr. of Duck, NC; slacker, loser

The state of North Carolina provided David B. Parks Sr. with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board First District Subcommittee found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2020), Davey practices at 104 Mallard Drive in Duck, North Carolina.
