Attorney Tracy Record of Fort Pierce, FL; ethical goblin

The State of Florida presented Tracy Nadine Record with a law license in 2005 after she graduated from Florida State University School of Law.

The State Bar of Florida found Tracy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• In three unrelated criminal matters, failed to appear in court on behalf of her clients
• Failed to communicate with her client
• Failed to file Motion to Continue without consulting the State
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Tracy!)
  

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Tracy by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. Novembe 2019) Tracy practices with the Law Office of Tracy Record LLC at 133 South 2^nd Street in Fort Pierce, Florida.
