Attorney David Scudieri of New York City; ethical goblin 

The State of New York presented David G. Scudieri with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the New York School of Law. 

The Departmental Disciplinary Committee found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, a former client made the following statements to the grievance committee after an encounter with Davey in a courthouse stairwell.

He “took my money, sex chat me, collected tons of pictures of my body parts, he had oral sex and he did [a] bad job on my case.”

The misconduct also involved Davey repeatedly sexting a female client he was representing in a child support matter, exchanging explicit photos with her, all of which led to him having sex with her at the courthouse.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Davey by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Departmental Disciplinary Committee.
