The State of Louisiana presented Ronald David Harvey with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from Louisiana State University School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to respond to client calls in custody matter
• Failed to report his drug and alcohol traffic violations to Disciplinary Board
• Failed to satisfy his continuing obligation to report traffic violations to Disciplinary Board (Screw you, said Ronnie!)
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
