Attorney Ryan Springer of Park City, UT; slacker, loser

The State of Utah presented Ryan M. Springer with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Brigham Young University (BYU) School of Law.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Ryan guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Deprived client of the opportunity to make informed decisions about the matters
  • Failed to communicate deadlines and implications of those deadlines to his client
  • Failed to communicate the fact discovery deadlines to the client
  • Failed to conduct any additional fact discovery on client’s behalf
  • Failed to take any steps to retain and designate needed experts before the expert designation deadline

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Ryan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2019) Ryan practices with Wrona Dubois PLLC at 1745 Sidewinder Drive in Park City, Utah.
