Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-CA): Today’s “Dumbass” Award Winner

This isn’t the first Award presented to Duncan. In the past, he has been the recipient of three (3) Awards and mentioned in one (1) opinion piece. Those awards and opinion piece are listed at the end of this article.

Duncan Hunter is yet another loser attorney that learned early on how difficult it would be to earn a dishonest living practicing law, so he opted for the second most ethical profession in the country (used car salesman No.1, politics.

The state of California presented Duncan with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. Thomas Jefferson is a 4^th Tier school that is dedicated to taking in losers that could not get accepted at mainstream law schools such as the University of San Diego, the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) or Santa Clara University.

It should be noted that Duncan has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the last thirty-three (33) years. He has been sucking on the congressional tit since he first duped the voters into electing him as a member of Congress in 1981.

In August 2018, Duncan was indicted on dozens of criminal charges including wire fraud and campaign finance crimes. The indictment, filed in federal court in San Diego, accuses the couple of converting more than $250,000 in campaign funds to pay for personal expenses and filing false campaign finance records with the Federal Election Commission to cover up the true nature of the expenses.

Duncan had his lawyer Gregory Vega laughingly argue to the Federal Court that that the campaign finance case against the congressman was undercut by the fact that two prosecutors involved with the case had attended a private La Jolla, California, fundraiser for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign in August 2015.

However, one highly relevant matter that Duncan and his Moronic lawyer left out of their argument to the court was the undisputed fact that Mr. Vega attended the August 2015 fundraiser and had given thousands of dollars to the Clinton’s campaigns, and tens of thousands more to Democratic groups and candidates.

Just how stupid is Duncan and his imbecilic lawyer Vega. Did they really think that the federal prosecutors and/or the reporters for the Union-Tribune wouldn’t discover the rank hypocrisy involved in making such an asinine argument?

All that remains now is to see how long it takes for Duncan to cop a plea to reduce the amount of time he’ll be spending roomed up with Clarice (real name Clarence and known to be quite friendly) at the United States Peniteniary in Lompoc, California.
