The Missouri Supreme Court found Wonder guilty of the following misconduct:
The
 Court also found Bobby guilty of making a false statement (liar) of fact or law to a court and/or of failing to correct a false statement he previously made.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Missouri Supreme Court punished Robert E. Wonder by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
