Attorney Steven Gittinger of Ludlow, KY; convicted fraudster

The state of Ohio presented Steven Charles Gittinger with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Northern Kentucky University School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Convicted of federal bank fraud and money laundering, all felonies
• Caused a loss of $400,000 and $1 million
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Sentenced to 12 months and one day in federal prison in Glenville, West Virginia

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2019), Stevie practices with Kenneth R. Reed PSC at 241 Elm Street in Ludlow, Kentucky.
